Is there a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list.
Only smoking rooms were available when I made a reservation. Can I change?
We cannot promise we will be able to accommodate your request, but if a non-smoking room is available we will change your room, so please contact us.
Are sales tax and service fees included in the charge?
Sales tax is included. We do not charge any service fees.
I did not receive a confirmation email after I made a reservation online.
Please contact the hotel for reservations made through our official website. For the reservations made on websites other than our official website, please contact the website through which you made the reservation.
Do you charge a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation？
In general, cancellation fees will be applied as follows: 100% for no-shows, 80% for cancellations on the day of check-in, and 20% for cancellations the day before check-in

How far is it from Takamatsu Port?
The distance differs depending on the ferry terminal. It is about 1km from the port of ferries for Naoshima. Jumbo Ferry ferries arrive at the Takamatsu East Port. Please use the free shuttle bus to get to Takamatsu Station.
How can I get there from Takamatsu Airport?
There is a shuttle bus to Takamatsu Station. It takes about 45 minutes. It is about 30 minutes by taxi.

Can I pay at check-out time?
Payments are only accepted ahead of time or at the time of check-in.
Can credit cards and gift cards be used?
Major credit cards, electronic money, and gift cards are able to be used. Please make an inquiry for further details.
Can the receipt have “lodging fee” printed on it without details about breakfast, etc.?
Only amounts are printed on the receipt. Details can be detached from the receipt.
I have reserved a twin room for 2 people. Can receipts be issued splitting the cost between 2 people?
Yes. Please indicate your wishes at check-in time.
Can receipts be reissued?
No, they cannot.
Luggage
Can I send my luggage
We receive baggages sent through the Takkyubin (courier delivery) service. Please include your name and the period of your stay on the delivery notice. We will need your ID when handing you your baggages. If the names are different, we will be unable to hand you your belongings. Also, please designate your luggage delivery date on the day of the check-in. For long term storage of your belongings, we will charge a separate storage fee. We cannot accept any frozen items, refrigerated items, living creatures, hazardous goods, large amounts of luggages and large baggages.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
You can put the luggage in the coin locker in this hotel.
It's free just a day.
After check-out, can I leave my luggage a few days?
One day of check-in and check-out will be free. In cases for more days it costs 500 yen per day.
Parking
Can I reserve a parking space?
Parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Can I use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, for an additional fee. Also, there are some days where it will not be possible to park.
Is there parking available for large vehicles?
Vehicles 2 meters or over in width and/or 5 meters or over in length are considered large vehicles. Parking for large vehicles is possible, but a reservation is required. There are times during the peak season when your request may not be met. Fees for parking change depending on the size of the vehicle.。
Is there parking available for motorcycles?
Please use the regular vehicle parking lot. 1 parking space may be rented for 500 yen. *Multiple motorcycles may be parked in the same space. However, please take care that the handlebars do not extend past the white lines of the space. *Motorcycles are not permitted to be parked in the bicycle parking area. *If the parking lot is full, our staff will direct you to an alternative parking lot. Time restrictions also apply to the parking lot. Please refer to the following link. *This service operates on a first-come-first served basis. We advise that motorcycle riders should arrive early. *Motorcycles are not permitted to be parked in gaps between cars.
Is there a place to park bicycles?
Please use the bicycle parking area. Free *Bicycle should be parked within the bicycle area lines. There is only space for a few bicycles. *Please use a paid parking space for vehicles if you have many bicycles. *There is no place to park bicycles other than the bicycle parking area. Please note that bicyles are not permitted inside the building.
Is there always enough parking?
The parking lot rarely gets full on weekdays. It fills up during the Obon holiday and other periods of consecutive holidays.
What should I do if the parking lot is full?
We will show you to a nearby coin parking lot. Use of the coin parking lot is at the guest's expense.

What amenities come with each room?
A television set, electric kettle, hair dryer, refrigerator, air humidifier & purifier, desk light, ductless heating, unit bathroom, hangers, slippers, and a memo pad. There are cups, tea, a desk, a chair, and a mirror. ※Not included in the dormitory
What kind of bathroom amenities are there?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, hand towels, samue robes (free size ※kids size is not available), bath mat Toothbrush, comb, razor, hair ties, cotton swabs, shower cap, body sponge ※Excluding the dormitory
Are there choices in pillows?
You may choose pillows you prefer from the pillow-choosing corner.

There are washlets in every room.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the entire building.

※Children over 6 years old will be charged the same amount as adults.
※Children over 3 to under 6 years of age will be charged 300 JPY as
an admission fee even if they do not prefer to take a meal.
※Children under 3 years old is free of charge.
Do you have a plate and fork for kids?
Yes, we have tableware and chair for kids.

Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven 500m east of the hotel.
You can use the Mini-Stop in front of the station if you are coming from Takamatsu Station.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is the Hiroba branch of Marunaka Supermarket 400m southeast of the hotel.
You can use the Ace One Central Market next to the station if you are coming from Takamatsu Station.
Is there a drug store nearby?
There is the Takamatsu-shi Nishimachi branch of the Cosmos Discount Drugstore 2km east of the hotel.
Is there a shopping mall nearby?
Aeon Mall Takamatsu is 4km east of the hotel.
Is there an auto shop nearby?
There is the Takamatsu Goto branch of Autobacs auto shop 4km east of the hotel.
Is there a pet shop nearby?
There is a pet shop in Aeon Mall Takamatsu, 4km east of the hotel.
Is there a souvenir shop nearby?
“Shikoku Shop 88” located in Symbol Tower in front of Takamatsu Station and the Takamatsu Station Kiosk stock souvenirs from Shikoku.
Is there an onsen or a sento bathhouse nearby?
Itoyori Onsen is 700m west of the hotel. There are a couple around there but there is no parking.
Akane Onsen has parking. It’s a little far, but we recommend Busshozan Onsen.
Is there an udon noodle restaurant nearby?
There are several near the station, but we don’t recommend any of them.
Is there anywhere to eat around?
There are many restaurants in front of Takamatsu Station.
Also, there is a new arcade street about 500m southeast from the hotel.

Is there an accommodation fee for children?
Yes, fees for accommodations for children 6 years old and above apply. No accommodation fee will apply for children 5 years old and under if no bed for them is necessary.
Is a crib available? We're worried the baby will fall off the bed.
There are no cribs available. One side of the bed and the head of the bed of almost all beds are on the wall. To prevent babies from falling off, adults should sleep on the outer edge of the bed. Bed guards are available for a fee. However, the side of the bed will remain open. Reservations are required.
Are amenities and towels prepared for children who are sharing a bed with an adult?
No they are not. They are available for a fee if necessary.
Are there special amenities for children?
No there are not. Furthermore, there are only pajama sizes for adults.
Is there a children's menu for dinner？
No there is not. It is fine to bring food from outside into the restaurant, so if it is necessary, please prepare food on your own.
Is a fee necessary for children for breakfast?
The price for children 6 years old and above is the same as the price for adults. For children 3 years old and above, an entry fee is necessary, even if they will not be eating. Children 2 years old and under are free.
Reservations for breakfast for children sharing beds with an adult cannot be made online.
Please inform us when checking in.
Are there high chairs and tableware for children available?
Although numbers are limited, there are some available.
Group
We wish to make a reservation for a large group. There are not enough rooms available through internet reservations.

We are a student group. We want to keep our expenses down, so is there an inexpensive plan?

We will leave early in the morning. Is there a way to be served breakfast early?
Breakfast is served from 6:30. If you wish to have breakfast at an earlier time, there will be an additional fee.

Do you offer laundry services?
There are no laundry services at the hotel. We will introduce you to the nearest cleaner's.
Is it necessary to tip?
We do not accept tips.
I have forgotten something.
Food items (including souvenirs), books, papers, and soiled items, etc. will be disposed of.
We keep other items at the hotel for one week. After that, we dispose of makeup products, clothing, and umbrellas, etc.
Valuables and cash, etc., are delivered to the Takamatsu Kita Police Station. After the period of being stored at the police station has passed, the police will dispose of the items.
If you wish for items to be delivered, we ship found items via cash-on-delivery.
