Regarding peak days and large-scale events
Our services will be provided as usual on days when large-scale events take place. For your reference, a list of frequently asked questions from guests is provided below.
・Regarding parking lot use
Please see the “Facilities & Services” section for details on how to use the parking. If a large-scale event is taking place in the Sunport area, nearby coin-operated car parking may be fully occupied. Parking is available at the hotel, however, please note that the number of spaces is limited. If the hotel parking is full, please use a nearby coin parking lot. Please be aware that parking spaces are subject to availability and may become full. Guests arriving by car are kindly asked to keep their belongings in their vehicles, as the number of luggage storage spaces is limited. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that large vehicles cannot be accommodated.
For guests wishing to park prior to check-in
Access to the parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis from 10:30 am, once the parking is ready for use. Waiting on the premises or in the parking lot before this time is not permitted. Please aim to arrive only after 10:30 am. Please follow the instructions of the parking attendant, if present. If no attendant is present, please come to the front desk. Please note that an additional fee of 500 yen applies for parking prior to check-in. After parking your vehicle, we kindly ask that you proceed to the front desk for registration.
For guests wishing to park after check-out
Please note that parking after check-out is not permitted.
・Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out
We have locker rooms available for your use. Coin lockers (refundable after use) are available inside the locker room, as well as shelves to place luggage items. Please note that luggage storage space is limited. We will stop accepting luggage once it reaches full capacity. Luggage can also be stored at the front desk for a fee of 500 yen per item.
・Early check-in and late check-out
These services are not available.
・Inquiries by phone
Please note that we may be unable to answer phone calls on large-scale event days and peak days.
For inquiries, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance via the “Inquiries” section.
Please note that responses are available in Japanese only.
・Changes to check-in time
There is no need to notify us of changes to your check-in time. Guests arriving before the scheduled check-in time may be asked to wait, even if advance notice is given.
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm. Rooms cannot be accessed before this time.
・Luggage storage
Luggage will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from 10:30 am, once the locker room is ready for use. Locker rooms are available inside the building. Please note that luggage will no longer be accepted once the locker room reaches capacity.
Luggage storage service is also available at the front desk, for a fee of 500 yen per item.
We ask that customers arriving by car keep their luggage stored inside their car, as the number of luggage storage spaces is limited. Thank you for your understanding.
